Hot Stamping Foil Slitter

Designed specifically for the thermal ribbon and hot stamping foil industry. Supplied as standard with constant gap rewinding (to produce soft rolls) as well as contact control. Interchangeable shafts enabling winding on cores down to a minimum of 25mm diameter with a maximum width of 1600mm. The two independently driven rewind mandrels enable 25mm core product to be wound on one mandrel and 76mm core product on the other. The two-rewind mandrels have independent diameter control enabling independent taper tension for each mandrel. Tension control is fully automatic actual tension via load cells mounted within the three tension zones on the machine unlike competitors who calculate tension. These tensions are displayed in real time as bar graphs during the full running cycle of the machine.
